headed final practice for the New York ePrix ahead of Jerome D’Ambrosio and championship contender, Sam Bird.

Sebastien Buemi and Oliver Turvey were the early pace setters in Free Practice 2, while Stephane Sarrazin was out early – collecting the barriers at high speed and damaging his right rear suspension in the process.

The big surprise however was Jerome D’Ambrosio, who’s time for Dragon wasn’t spectacular, but he was the only driver who managed to put all their sectors together. It wouldn’t last long however, with Mitch Evans taking top spot for Jaguar by four-tenths over D’Ambrosio.

Oliver Turvey looked set to steal Evans’ thunder, but a mistake from in the final corner, saw the Brit crunch his NIO on the exit.

Championship leader, Jean-Eric Vergne ended the session down in 14th position.

Qualifying begins 11:30am local time.
